Dental Surgeon & Co-OwnerWith decades of experience in private practice, Dr Pieter van Rooyen is known for his clinical expertise and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality dental care.
Dr van Rooyen graduated from the University of Pretoria with a BChD degree in 1990 and has been in private practice since then. He gained extensive experience in maxillofacial and oral surgery during 13 years working alongside Professor G. Kariem. In 2002, he joined the team at Patheodent, where he continues to provide comprehensive dental care.
His work focuses on dental implantology, aesthetic dentistry and advanced digital dentistry, including 3D CAD/CAM oral reconstruction and aligner therapy. Since 2013, he has also lectured internationally on implantology and CAD/CAM dental solutions.
